- In April 2019, Second Sight Systems was awarded a Tower Services and Maintenance contract for up to 3 years with City Utilities of Springfield, MO. Second Sight Systems will be responsible for tower inspections, lighting, maintenance, and modification projects on any of the 8 Springfield towers. Second Sight works closely with tower owners and operators to deliver safe and complete services with highly trained expert technicians.
